Minecraft Story Mode - Season 2 (Episode 1 Only)

The hero's life can be tough. On the one hand, now that Jesse and his/her pals have vanquished the Wither Storm, saved the world and generally become awesome heroes, they're basking in the glory of everything they've achieved. On the other, they've got more responsibilities and less time for adventure, not to mention the fact that old friendships are starting to fade. Things get decidedly more adventurous, however, when Jesse's hand gets stuck in a creepy gauntlet from a really, REALLY old underwater temple and they found themselves dealing with a terrifying crevasse that Jesse and Petra dub the Heckmouth.

The action picks up not long after the action of Season One, and series veterans will be able to carry over their save data from the first game (although newcomers will be able to jump straight in, too!) Like the first game, it takes the blocky world of Minecraft that's become a second home to millions of players and adds some serious story into the mix. The emphasis is squarely on interactive narrative, with players making a series of decisions for Jesse (who can be either a boy or a girl) that will affect how the story progresses, with bursts of action and puzzle-solving peppered throughout to spice things up.

New to this season is Telltale Games' multiplayer 'crowd play' feature, which enables other players to weigh in on the decision making from any mobile device with an internet connection.

The game features voice acting from Patton Oswalt, Catherine Taber, Ashley Johnson, and Scott Porter, and also packs in cameos from Stampy Cat, stacyplays and other figures from the Minecraft community on YouTube.

The game disc includes Episode One, as well as a season pass for the other four episodes.

Grading Info

Here's a little information on our grading practises for used devices.

  • Brand new

Anything we have listed as brand new is just as it says, brand new! Including original packaging and at most the device has been powered on to confirm it's working correctly.

  • Like New

We label an item like new when the condition of the item is as it would be from new, but is missing original packaging or accessories.

  • Excellent

Products labelled as excellent would show minimal signs of use, with no excessive wear and no deep scratches. These devices still contain signs of use, but at a lower level.

  • Good

These are the typical devices you see on the used market, showing more signs of use and often some sign of wear on the display. No cracks or faults are on these devices, but a regular amount of wear and tear is expected.

  • Poor

When the device has had an excessive amount of wear and tear, or shows heavy use to some parts of the device, they'll often find themselves graded as poor. These devices will not have any faults but could feature a small crack that wouldn't affect usability. Cracks to the device would be made clear on the product listing.

  • Faulty

Sometimes we come across devices that are perfectly functional for most tasks but fail in certain areas that cannot be repaired. This might include a faulty Face ID or Touch ID sensor. Devices listed as faulty will have their faults listed so you're aware of what you're buying. These devices don't always have excess signs of wear and tear, and might be in great condition with just the fault causing this grade.
