Warranty & Returns

2nd Hand Goods Warranty

Our 2nd Hand Goods come with a 28 days warranty that covers all defects that the item develops over this period. This does not cover any physical damage or where damage has been caused by misuse such as water damage, software alterations, third party work on the device etc. In the first 14 days of a purchase, if a fault is found we can offer a full refund. After the 14 days have passed, we will either replace the item or repair the problem for you.

 

Repair Warranty

We give 28 days warranty on all of the repairs we carry out, this covers any of the parts we have replaced against early failure. We do not cover further damage such as breaking your screen again after having it replaced.

We unfortunately do not offer any warranty on water damage repairs that we carry out. After a device has been in contact with liquid, you can never be sure of the full extent of damage, we can only try and get it working for when you pick up the device.

 

Other Warranty

Other products that we sell only come with a limited warranty, such as accessories that come with a 14 day warranty that covers fault on arrival. If you have just received or collected an item that isn't working or damaged on arrival then you have 14 days to let us know about this. 

 

 

 

2nd Hand Goods Returns

If you ordered online then we offer a 14 day change your mind policy on 2nd Hand Goods, this can only be used if the item is still in the state that it was purchased from us. We do not cover the cost of returning the item.

 

Repairs & Unlocking Returns

Sadly we can't offer returns on our range of unlocking and repair services if you change your mind. We can only refund your order if it either cant be carried out or there is a fault with it.

 

Other Returns

If you ordered online then we offer a 14 day change your mind policy across our store. This can only be used if the item is still in the state that it was purchased from us. We do not cover the cost of returning the item.
